Beach Hotels in Puerto Rico

Great property. Food was ok. Staff was very helpful. Hot water for showers. Nice beach chairs and umbrellas to sit on the beach. The room walls/doors are thin. Could hear the lady next door taking on the phone and heard every word. Shampoo/soaps provided. Bed was comfortable. There were lots of kids in the pool always. Had a nice gym for the gym rats like myself! Would recommend.

Excellent hosts with frequent communication and guidance at every stage. Perfect setting with a country side feel having trees, chickens, horses. I suggest to rent the utv at this island to make your vacation comfortable.

Second time there,can't wait to return

I absolutely loved this place! Staff were so helpful and nice. The room was nice and clean. We loved that is just a few steps away from town. Breakfast was good. Definitely recommend it and coming back

The place is very nice and always clean. The location is the best for me. Walk to downtown old San Juan or get a cab. Condado, one of the best place in Puerto Rico. I have been visiting for over 20 years.

Zulma and her staff are the perfect hosts and truly understand what hospitality is all about. We loved our stay, swam at the beach and enjoyed strolling at sunrise. Angel got us checked in and settled quickly and when we created a problem Valerie helped out tremendously. Would love to come back. Only Negative: little refrigerator seemed to be stuck on defrost cycle.

Customer Service!!!!! It was amazing, I have never stayed in a hotel where the staff was more attentive, friendly and helpful! The room was EXTREMELY clean as well. They need to pay attention to the little things. The curtain in our room was broken and would not close so as a result the morning sun would hit us right in the face upon sunrise. Most of the usb outlets did not work, the bathroom outlet was loose so if you tried to unplug your cable the complete outlet would come out of the wall, the furniture in the room was stained nasty looking. The property was beautiful and the room staff was attentive But the restaurant staff some of them were terrible. I felt like they treated us poorly because we were black even though we were very professional. Celebrating Birthdays and graduations. Property was great for kids! Had transportation to the beach and old San Juan. Was walking distance to T-mobile arena. Then Francisco makes the best drinks at the bar. (The chicken tenders are amazing)

The location of the hotel is in the heart of San Juan. Although we couldn’t enjoy the rooftop due to rain many ppl say the rooftop is great! The staff is amazing and very helpful! Very clean and quiet.

Quaint small hotel but rooms weee big. Clean, modern and best central location to everything in old Adan Juan. 2 blocks from pier, two blocks from the Moro, shopping and restaurants. Ate at Cafe el Pubti and the food could not have been any better with very decent prices. Exceptional. We parked at the big parking station for $24 from 6 overnight till check out 3 blocks away
