If you are looking for a safe place to stay in Rincon where you can lie your head, and have no expectations; this will do. There are beaches, supermarket and eateries. Parking is included on property. Manager was very friendly and helpful.

Solid apartment upstairs from a restaurant with plenty of safe parking. Could sleep up to 4 with 3 bed options. Water pressure was good but faucets sprayed all over. Main room had AC but just a fan for the other two spaces. Would be good to split with a friend/couple. Perfect location from beaches and city center. Make sure you have a rental car!

It was clean. But no amenities like coffe or filters there is a pot no paper towels no towels in the kitchen no light over the kitchen table very dark. Good location. A/C only cooled the bedroom. Also need to make the ck in better. Had to have Expedia intervine. Could not get itouch with the phone number and voice mail is in spanish. When you send the email just make it clear that ck in is at the restaurant untill a certain time.

Camas cómodas. A la cocina le falta equipación, faltaba bayeta o cosas básicas para cocinar algo de sal de detalles de ese tipo. En la habitación había aire y se estaba bien, pero en el salón hacia mucho calor y solo había un ventilador y estaba poco iluminado en la zona de la mesa.
