The front desk staff were super nice and helpful. Free coffee/hot chocolate next to lobby. There was a cute courtyard. I was in room 103. It wasn't too quiet. You could hear people outside your room talking. The lighting wasn't great. The lighting was yellow and a little too dim for me. Dim lighting in the room was fine but the bathroom needed to be much whiter and brighter light. It is hard to see your makeup job and if you missed a spot shaving. A/C in the room was great. The TV remote was a little hard to figure out. The dining room and roof top bar are closed during summer/fall and open in December.

Outstanding hotel with only 19 rooms. Staff was very helpful!. We had a 2 room suite with balcony. Furnishings were reminisent of the history of the area, but very comfortable. Location was great - near the historic church - shops and restaurnats near by - walkable to the ocean. Coffee available 24/7 near the lobby, and breakfast was not included. A little difficult for the taxi to find the hotel's location due to all the one way streets, but once your were walking, in the area, that didn;t matter. Great hotel for folks who want to get away from the the chain hotels with no character. I would stay here again.

We stayed one night at the hotel so we could explore Old San Juan. The rooms were very unique and the building was very neat. The staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions in the area. We checked out that morning to do a local tour and they held our luggage until it was over. We really enjoyed the hotel

I very much enjoyed our stay here; it is centrally located in Old San Juan so most places are within walking distance. The room was very clean and neat; the staff was very helpful and easy to interact with. If you enjoy the nightlife, this hotel is right in the middle of the hot spots of Old San Juan. I would absolutely stay here again!
