Zulma and her staff are the perfect hosts and truly understand what hospitality is all about. Entrance is a bit difficult to find, on the left hand side down the lil street but everything else was amazing! From the rooms to breakfast and service! Love it!
Property in great condition. The only thing they need to correct is the amount of birds that arrive at night to sleep in the property palm trees, if you park your car close to the palm trees it will be a mess next day
We loved our time at this resort!! We are a family of five with three teens. It was a peaceful and fun time. The only thing that could have been better was if they sold snacks or had more food options in general. The resort is in the dry forest area and is secluded. Although it was good food, there aren’t a lot of other dining choices. It was clean and safe. The pools were fantastic. The beach is peaceful. we definitely plan to go back if we are in Puerto Rico again.

They need to pay attention to the little things. The curtain in our room was broken and would not close so as a result the morning sun would hit us right in the face upon sunrise. Most of the usb outlets did not work, the bathroom outlet was loose so if you tried to unplug your cable the complete outlet would come out of the wall, the furniture in the room was stained nasty looking. In the master bathroom you could see the holes where the old light fixtures used to be, the lamp shade next to my...
There was even a rack in the room for drying wet towels. Safety was evident..my husband and I speak no spanish, luckily everyone there can speak English . Super place for families and we adored the beach. .. thanks to all there...plus Annie's restaurant was fan
