Business Hotels in Poland

A great place to stay very close to the railway station and the old town. It is in a beautiful old building and the room was clean and comfortable. The reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. The only criticism I would make is it was difficult to find as the building is used by other businesses and it wasn't clear where the entrance to the hotel was, however, we would definitely recommend it as a place to stay in Kraków.

Second stay at Puro and it still a nice time. Property is beautiful and staff is helpful. Rooms are comfortable and love the aesthetic and small touches. Onsite cafe and bakery are top notch. Always wish we could stay longer. Highly recommend.

Staying here is like coming home to family. Staff are attentive, professional and friendly, and provide great recommendations for dining and other activities. The rooms are super clean and comfortable, with the fluffiest towels I have ever had in a hotel! Looking forward to my 4th stay there soon. Thank you, you terrific staff members!

World class hotel in a world class, clean, safe city!

Great new hotel a stones throw from the main square and the main railway station. Nice sized rooms and comfortable beds. There’s a little bar in the lobby and decent breakfast. For a 3.5 star hotel it definitely punches above its weight.

The staff warmly greeted us at reception. They answered all my questions about the surrounding area. They even helped us schedule our Warwel Castle trip. Breakfast was very good with a large variety of fresh fruits, breads, meat and cheeses, to go along with the more traditional breakfast foods. Our room was very clean, and housekeeping did a super job. I want to thank all of the staff for a very enjoyable experience.

Great receptionist nice location would stay again

Great Location, updated digital system gets 5 stars!!! Spacious SHOWER also is a great treat where old, narrow, uncomfortable bathtub-shower should be remove from small regular rooms!!

This hotel was great. We stayed in the "new" section, so I'm not sure what the other one is like. The pool was so romantic, like swimming in a private cave, and the spa was wonderful. The only negative is the map that Expedia links you to (and google maps, as well) shows the hotel 1.5 blocks away from its actual location and on the wrong side of the street. The actual location is only about 100 feet from the Market Square. That, coupled with the fact that the hotel's sign is not illuminated,...

Fantastic scenery both inside and outside the hotel, I honestly felt extremely underdressed here. Nearly every breakfast was stellar and fantastic! Easily enough food and variety that you could gorge and go the entire day without needing another meal! Also! An absolutely absurd amount of choice when it comes to things for their breakfast like I can't stress this enough I'd book a night just to experience that wakeup meal again. I often travel and have to stay in hotels. Ibis Airport Hotel is The Cutest and Cosyest Hotel I've ever stayed in!!! And it's a brand new!!! Rooms and Lounge area are comfortable, with a bright design. Staff is genuinely polite and ready to help. Breakfast and a Free taxi FROM and TO the airport.
