"I booked this hotel for my mother-in-law, and she absolutely loved it! Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the service was excellent. The staff were very helpful and always ready to assist her with any questions about the equipment.
The breakfast was also wonderful — fresh, tasty, and a great variety.
She especially enjoyed the pool — it was the perfect way for her to relax before her flight. Thank you for making her stay so comfortable and enjoyable!"

"I had pre-advised that my wife was coeliac and they acknowledged this at reception and when entering the breakfast area, but when we asked if someone could explain what was gluten-free there wasnt much help. The first day a couple of gluten-free bread rolls were provided and on the next couple of days we had had to ask for the bread rolls. Some of this may have been due to language barriers. On one day we were able to ask a waiter who checked with the chef. A mixed bag in terms of success and definitely as good as we've experienced in other hotels in Poland. "
"A good breakfast, slightly on the expensive side. Staff friendly and helpful. Very confortable bed and pleasant room. TV had CNN, but would have preferred BBC News. Very convenient for getting to the old town, and near to the central station for travel by train to and from the airport. "
