We stayed at Pod Różą for 3 nights in mid September. The staff were welcoming and very friendly. Our room was lovely and full of thoughtful details like slippers, ear plugs (that we didn't need to use) and lovely Occitane bathroom products. Breakfast was excellent and the waiting staff were delightful. The hotel is in a fantastic location and we loved everything about it.

Nice hotell in the middle of Cracow, with lots of things to do and see when step out of hotell.

8/10 Very good

Despite being one of the- or the - oldest hotel in town the modern refurb is quite austere: slick modern and very pared back. Our suite was spacious but felt like an apartment that someone had yet to move into and make their own. Not one cushion in sight even on a quite hard sofa. Ditto with restaurant - gorgeous food (set lunch is very good value) just soulless because almost empty. Staff in reception not welcoming or friendly at all / restaurant staff better.

Location was amazing. Sauna facility was lovely. Room was great size and quiet although I could imagine in summer it might be noisy at night. Hotel was very quiet and so restaurant facilities were very limited but given its location you’ll choose to eat out anyhow.
