"Very nice older hotel, that has been updated recently. Good location. Pleasant staff, though not all are bilingual. Very clean. Nice breakfast buffet.
We had a couple of technical issues with the air conditioning and television in our room. The staff tried their best to fix the problems, but weren’t able to. They moved us to a little better room with no extra charge. We would stay there again."

"Pros: Excellent clean rooms at a good price. Very helpful staff. Outstanding and tasty breakfasts with good variety. Workout room well stocked. Laundromat, restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy within 2 or 3 blocks away.
Minor annoyance: elevators sometimes frustratingly slow. Sometimes no facial cloth in bathroom."

"The first room we had was full of mold ,the other one barely had hot water. The hotel got so full was hard to get breakfast, the laundry system is horrible how can you take towels so early and not replace them same time. About the towels omg they need changing to small and thin some the ends were frayed. The elevators wait was crazy till one of them the door wasn’t closing. The breakfast choices were too limited felt like the same thing every other day!!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this hotel not worth the money. We took our sheets off to be changed was there for 8 nights and they put the same said sheets back on very unsanitary!"
"Todo fue excelente desde el servicio, las vistas y las instalaciones. Lo único que podría dejar como observación es que la mampara de los baños es muy transparente y no me hospedaba en pareja si no con mi hermano así que fue un tanto incómodo. De ahí todo un 10/10"
