"Nice hotel, I had a suite. Esthetically the room was nice but the furniture and carpets are not clean. Stains all over the carpet and furniture. The staff was nice and in a good location. 8/10"
"It’s a vibe wherever you are in the hotel. It’s for people who want to relax with great cocktails, good food choices without having to go out and the rooms are the opposite- quiet, calm and with great finish.
For a hotel, the gym blew my mind. It’s commercial-grade, with premium equipment.
The staff are terrific- great manners, accommodating and very attentive.
A great way to enjoy a stay if you just want to relax and be looked after well. It’s close to the tourist hotspots but the hotel is a vibe on its own.
Thanks for a terrific stay"
"This was my first trip to Panama, and I was thoroughly impressed from the moment I arrived at the hotel until the day of my departure. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always willing to help.
While breakfast was somewhat pricey, it was well worth it. The quality was excellent, with a wide variety of options to accommodate different tastes and dietary needs.
The accommodations were outstanding. My room was spotless, well-appointed, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
I look forward to returning to Panama and will definitely stay at the Hyatt Regency Panama City again. It truly felt like my home away from home."
"Great location and nice view (you can walk to the metro, pharmacy and to tons of restaurants and coffee shops) but lobby staff needs to be a bit friendlier. Fortunately the rest of the staff is polite and friendly (cleaning lady and restaurant staff). There are only three elevators for 18 floors and they work when and how they want. During our stay they had to repair two, so most of the time one was out of order (the repairs went into the night with very loud “bangs”). In addition, the hotel seems to be updating its lightning system, so you have to go around the electricians, plaster and ladders. The pool is really small and the breakfast is ok (more fruits would have been awesome). It is a really busy place."
"The room was nice and clean. Bed was properly made up, towels were changed everyday. The mall was convenient as it was right next door. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone i know that will be travelling to Panama."
