"At check in we did not like the room but accepted it since it was just a short stay. I came down looking for a cash machine so we could have cash for tips. I was approached by one of the staff she introduced herself as Maroua if I got the name right she asked about my stay I mentioned our disappointment about the room. She apologized and quickly turned things around giving us a better room and explained it was due to the category room we booked. Very polite lady and understands guest satisfaction. "The hotel is quite attractive however HOTELS.COM was very disappointing. Booked for Jan 25/2026 but ferry to Tangier was cancelled. Hilton was quite gracious in allowing the reservation to be moved to the next day but HOTELS.COM refused"
