Great hotel. Staff incredible, location fantastic. A bit loud in the morning due to garbage trucks at 7 am, but otherwise very quiet in the rooms. Gym small but adequate for a boutique hotel. No breakfast, but vouchers for local restaurants provided good variety and very good breakfast. Near so much - would stay again.

Friendly service, great quiet location, rooms that feel like a mid-size cottage, with a patio and a picnic table outside on the lawn, very good free breakfast with huge variety of tasty food and drinks, supermarket within 2 minutes and horse riding on site - what's not to like and enjoy?

I spent 5 days at the Inbal and it was wonderful. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The staff is wonderful and the service is superb. The food was delicious and elegantly served (best omelet maker at breakfast in all of Israel). Most of all the ambiance is warm and the staff is caring. After you swim in their infinity pool which hangs on the side of a high mountain in the beautiful rocky desert as far as the eye can see, then you can appreciate the unique luxury of this one of a kind eutopia. Great location to Old Jerusalem. Handy Yellow gas station and convenient store next door for snacks. Most of the staff was excellent. We loved two of the bell boys that were always so friendly and helpful. One was Soloman (really tall young man), and the other one was Gill. Our favorite taxie driver was Golani. He made our trip!!! He drove us over to the Jaffa Gate, but first took us up to the Mount of Olives for a panoramic pic of the old city. He even cut an olive branch from one of the trees...

my 4th trip to Jerusalem since 2013. First time I stayed at other than King David. Loved Herbert Samuel (HS). Great staff, nice new rooms, good breakfast. All you need. HS is new and in the center of everything and much nicer rooms than King David. Also an easy walk to Old City. I recommend this hotel to friends - I will stay here again.

My husband and I LOVE this hotel! The facilities are great- they offer many classes and the spa is incredible. We have had the best massages of all time here- highly recommend the millennium massage (4 hands massage). The food is amazing and healthy and they offer many options at each meal. The only complaint we have is that there is no lunch included in the price. For such an expensive hotel, 3 meals should be included or at least some small dishes available from 1-3pm such as salads and...
