The hotel was wonderful! Great location -just an easy walk to the Kotel. The staff were amazing, so helpful and accommodating, and the food was very good. Beds were very comfortable. We stayed as a couple over a holiday weekend, there were many young families with kids and it was understandably quite noisy at times in the main lobby and dining area. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.

Everything about the hotel was outstanding for me! The staff were attentive. When I called about stopper in the tub not working, someone was sent immediately to fix it. The gym is as large and well-equipped, with trainers to assist if needed. The location can’t be beat! Very close to restaurants, the market and Jaffa Gate.
