Environment is good, food is fine. The location a bit far away from tourist spots but very suitable for business travelers.

This is the best hotel we’ve had during our trip in China. The room was very spacious, beautiful, and had great mountain views. We stayed on the 8th floor, so the view was even better. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of choices. The staff were very kind and even allowed an extra person without any additional charge. Best hotel!

We loved the hotel’s location, services, and breakfast. Irene from the concierge team was exceptionally friendly and helpful—she shared great recommendations on places to visit in Zhuhai, which made our stay even more enjoyable. After we checked out, we realized we had left a few items in our room. Irene contacted us immediately so we could retrieve them. We’re truly grateful for her outstanding service. Highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

This is the BEST Crowne Plaza out of Guangzhou, Shaoxing, Hangzhou, and Qingdao. The rooms are extremely clean, staff are nice, tons of places to eat nearby. Amenities are very limited because this is more of a business focused hotel near the airport. Once again, extremely clean rooms and I would definitely stay here again. New hotel and nice vibe with aesthetic rooms and comfortable beds. Gym, spa, sauna,pool. The construction in the area can get loud but such is a locale with a strong economic growth.

Great on everything

I couldn't imagine how came the overall rating for InterContinental down to 4 but this is the one of the best hotels I've ever been stayed. Spacious room, invincible cleanliness, and super friendly and accommodating staff. The transportation is not a problem for me either as long as you go to the concierge service in the luxurious lobby, and then they will quickly help you dispatch and Taxi to everywhere in Changsha city. A beautiful hotel with a huge lobby, located perfectly inside Wuhzen near the old town. Very comfortable stay with a beautiful gym and a huge indoor swimming pool, perfect for a short stay to visit the incredible water town of Wuzhen !
