Great hotel in tongren

Super friendly, helpful and responsive staff!

Before the trip, I went through a lot of websites, and found that it seemed impossible to find a hotel without smoking issues--people in Guiyang smoke in public areas including 5 stars hotels. Some complained about cigar smell in their non-smoking rooms--the worst was that it's the same after changing rooms. After reading reviews in Chinese and English, I concluded that at least, Kempinski's rooms are free form smoking. I especially asked for a room on the non-smoking floor at check-in....

Everything is perfect

I was impressed by its beautiful interior design with oriental style and spacious room. The staff was very helpful. The laundry was very convenient to use. They also provide free shuttle service to the airport.

Great stay!

Super recommend. Location is the best by far. Rooms big and very new. But over all that the staff was so amazing. We just left and would love to come back. Our son forgot his backpack in the train station and the manager was so helpful with all the calls. And after police helped us find. We are in love with China.

Beautiful setting perched on the edge of the hill looking at the valley and the waterfall. Very helpful staff. Tasty food at dinner

Reasonable price

Arrived at 2 am with 7 other friends. Hotel desk immediately added another personnel to assist us the check-in processes. Great services!

Everything was amazing. From the very first interaction to the very last farewell. The host always responds to my questions promptly. Provided assistance with transportation to and from train station. Had welcome drink and snacks for us. Room was spotless and very comfortable, location was awesome as well. Situation very close to the river. Short walk to everything. Would definitely recommend to others.
