Good Stay Bad Breakfast

First time staying here. Location was good. The only thing disappointing is the breakfast. For such a big lux hotel the breakfast was rather disappointing..

6/10 Good

The hotel is well maintained in a great neighborhood close to the train and shopping but for a Marriot, US Corporate, they are not up to par with making things easy for English speaking customers, they try for sure but some people don’t have the patience. I stayed at a lot of W across the globe and love their breakfast, this one again not focused at all on the North America clients, if you love a good Chinese breakfast I am sure it is delicious but I was not impressed as a Westerner

Amazing staff! From handling our packages to assisting us with local apps, they were incredibly accommodating and helpful, making our stay exceptional. After I had left something behind at the hotel, they kindly offered to send it back and kept in touch to ensure the best way to return it. Such kind and amazing people! A special thanks to Steven 吴一超 for his excellent service. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

overall good.

The environment is good, the service is good, and the water cups are placed in a position that is easy to knock over. This should be rearranged.

10/10 Exceptional

My stay at the W Hotel was nothing short of wonderful. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and located in a prime area surrounded by fantastic restaurants and a great mall, making it incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive every single day. A special shout-out to Clark, who went above and beyond to help my friend who had accidentally arrived at the wrong airport. His kindness and professionalism truly made a stressful situation so much easier — we are incredibly grateful! The food was absolutely delicious, and the live music added such a fun and vibrant atmosphere to our evenings. Every meal felt special, and every detail was thoughtfully handled. Overall, the W Hotel exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable experience. I can’t wait to return next year!

My recent stay at W Guangzhou was an absolute delight, defined by its gorgeous lobby, chic environment, and exceptionally attentive staff. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the stunning design of the lobby, which sets a luxurious and modern tone that extends throughout the hotel. The overall ambiance of the hotel is very chic, with sophisticated decor and a vibrant atmosphere that appeals to both business and leisure travelers. The staff at W Guangzhou deserves a special mention for their dedication to guest satisfaction. They were always on hand, ready to assist with a smile, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was seamless. Another significant advantage of staying at W Guangzhou is its location. The hotel is surrounded by a variety of dining options, from upscale restaurants to casual coffee shops and lively bars, all within walking distance. This made it incredibly convenient to explore different culinary experiences without the need for transport. The combination of its prime location, stunning aesthetics, and outstanding service makes W Guangzhou an ideal choice for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the dynamic vibe of the city while enjoying the comforts of a luxurious hotel setting. Highly recommended for an unforgettable experience.

2/10 Poor

Little bugs on the clean towel; air condition temperature cannot be adjusted although it has the panel there for adjustment, been told later on that the temperature is central controlled; locked out of our room half way through our stay; overall terrible experience and won’t go back.
