"Very disappointing stay. We booked a Family Suite and had a terrible experience. The sofa bed was broken and uncomfortable, one AC was expected to cool two separate rooms but the second room stayed hot, and the windows were permanently locked.
The beds were itchy, the room was poorly lit, and overall it felt outdated and poorly maintained.
When I asked the front desk for an extra mattress, I was told there wasn’t enough space in the room. However, the room had plenty of space. Only after I insisted and asked someone to come see the room did they send a mattress.
The night staff member was polite and helpful with extra sheets, but that was one of the few positives. My husband also got stuck in a completely dark washroom in the lobby when the sensor lights turned off while he was inside.
This property, especially the Family Suites, desperately needs upgrades. For the price we paid, it was not worth it at all. I would not prefer to give any star👎
