Breakfast was great. Decor unbelievable. And not expensive at all.

When choosing this hotel we weren't expecting all that much. Our first time in Brugge and all the options seemed modest. However, Brugge was enchanting from the time we approached the city center! The narrow streets, the medieval buildings all over town, the warmth of the people was fabulous. Our Air BnB host cancelled on us last minute so we were stranded in Ghent with nowhere to stay. I found this B&B and booked it not realizing the cut-off check in time. We called the hosts of Riche Terre and they kindly came from another location to check us in late in the evening. We were so fortunate that they were willing to do so because if they hadn't we would have had to drive another hour for lodging elsewhere.

Classy hotel. Service was friendly and excellent. Rooms are spacious and feel historic. Ours had exposed beam ceiling. Location is excellent - right on a canal and walking distance to all the sights in the old town. View of the belfry in the main market square.

Beautiful property

i have been staying in this sofitel for over 7 years and i can only say that this is the best hotel in brussels. everything is good from the rooms , to the lobby , resturant . it just keeps getting better and better. they have added recently nesspresso machines and unlike other hotels who charge for your capsule there is no charge so i enjoyed my morning cup of double expresso . there is also a cigar bar for those aficionados who enjoy a smoke i like to use the bar in the spring and summer as...

It is an absolutely gorgeous hotel in a great location. The staff spoke excellent English and were very friendly and helpful. I liked that you could put a sign on your door to plant a tree rather than have your room cleaned as an option.

Exceptional design!

I liked this hotel and the receptionist was very helpful during check in trying to find open stores and guide me through the city. I liked the location. I visit Brussels regularly and this is a new area to explore in the city. The rooms were nice and comfortable.

I loved the style of the hotel. It was the best hotel on our trip. I appreciated the security offered.
