The hotel generally and our room specifically were beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered us some solid restaurant recommendations, which was nice because there are so many options! The bar in the hotel was a nice, quiet place to end the day in a town that can be rather full of people. The breakfast room is in a lovely room downstairs and the food was all delicious. Delightful hotel set in a beautiful period property within easy walking distance of key tourist spots and a major car park but within a quiet location next to a beautiful church. Staff were friendly and courteous. Rooms were spotless and well decorated. All creature comforts. Bathroom products were of excellent quality. There is a well stocked bar open until midnight a wonderful lounge area. We stayed a few weeks ago then booked again on our way back to the UK. We were not disappointed. We highly recommend and will be staying there again.
