Nicolas is a warm and gracious host. A big smile welcomed us on arrival he was even waiting outside for us outside as it was nightime and dark when we arrived. Instructions pre arrival through the hotels.com app were clear and concise. The roman was spacious and comfy and well stocked with all amenities ,including still and sparkling water, pens, all sorts of xtras to insure a comfortable stay. This property is great. Great amenities, super friendly staff, good food-drinks options. Location is more challenging, in the middle of a little town lacking charm. But I enjoyed very much; and I’ll go back for sure!

Nice new building, very good linens and towels, helpful owner. Location a little off the beaten path but GPS will get you there.

A fantastic place to stay. Excellent location with a great vibe. Lots of non-residents come by just for coffee and socializing given what a wonderful place it is. Staff are warm, inviting and inclusive. Can’t say enough about how great the management was. Highly recommend.

I had mixed feelings on one of the front desk workers but everyone else was VERY friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, if a little stark. The breakfast was good, and I enjoyed the pastries. My only real complaint was that the room was too warm and I couldn't get it to cool down.

Hotel Aragon has been a pleasant experience all the way and has helped make our stay in Bruges a memorable experience, from attentive and courteous service of the friendly staff to great comfort in our accommodations. The hotel has been just renovated and all facilities are top notch. Will definitely come back when we get the opportunity next time around.

exceptionally large accommodation for a family of 4 (or more) with all the conveniences. ideally located within a few steps or short walk to all attractions. wonderful service. very good breakfast in beautiful setting. wonderful service. like a home away from home.
