There are several restaurants within walking distance. KFC is about a 10 minute walk. There is an elevator. ATM, MoneyGram, Western Union, several banks and places to exchange money nearby. I paid 25 euros from Tirana Airport to the hotel. There is a kettle, small refrigerator, desk, chair, and black out curtains. There is a water dispenser in the lobby. Bed is comfortable. "
