Excellent view from the room and the definitely worth the price. The staff are very helpful and polite. Dining options are limited in the hotel and it takes a bus ride to get to Duress for a decent option other than the hotel to eat.

We booked an all inclusive but there was no all inclusive service provided. Meals were very smal with little options or variety mostly cold when served. There were no activities ongoing through the day . The gym also had old non working equipments. The staffs were nice and friendly esp the cleaning staff, very kind and helpful.

I stayed for a week in Sol tropikal. Overall I like the cleanliness of the rooms however the staff seemed a bit serious and the hospitality is not that good. I liked the staff in the restaurant they were very friendly tho. The bathroom every time we take a shower in it it leaks and leaves the floor full of water so that needs some fixing.

Comfortable stay,beach was better than Durres standard as it was cleaned and fenced off. Towels were a bit of a hassle, a couple of hours went walking to the reception and getting the response that there will be towels in 10minutes. A better solution would be to have the towels at the pool. The food was ok, would not want to stay more than the 5days we were there though,the kids got really tired of pizza,pasta and burgers as they did not appreciate the other food. We almost always found something that was good on the buffet. Also would appreciate if icecream at the pool were included in all inclusive.

I recently enjoyed an amazing four-night stay at this hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff, especially at the reception, were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The swimming pool and private beach exceeded my expectations, providing a perfect oasis for relaxation and fun. To top it off, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a full sea view room in celebration of my brother's birthday, complete with a lovely fruit platter as a welcome gesture. Waking up to that breathtaking view every morning was truly a highlight of our trip! I must add the entertainment team made the evenings one to look forward to with their goofy and entertaining performances! The hotel's location is perfect, offering easy access to main roads, making it convenient for exploring the area. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I look forward to returning in the future!

Overall the hotel was nice, but for rooms that are only a few years old they are poorly maintained and need better cleaning. The reception didn't accept American Express and they also didn't accept digital cards for tap-to-pay so you needed to have the physical card which was another inconvenience. The pool was kept clean, the beach was very busy on weekends and nice and quiet on the week days. The beach condition was kept clean but it would be great to have better facilities like a beach bar. Overall 4/5 for a hotel in Albania. I hope to see more improvements and more competition in the coming years.

One adult with 2 children. Had 2 small bottles of water in the room. Upon asking for more water to take to the room, i was informed i would need to pay for this. Not great when i could ask for milk for my tea for free. I looked in the room menu for the fridge there was no pricing for water so not sure how this has come about. Food options weren't that great but ok. Not hot but warm at times not sure if the options had been seeved earlier in the day and kept for supper time. Unfortunately you're not able to watch the tv full screen as it keeps reverting after a minute or 2 to a smaller screen neither can you cast your phone to watch a program. The staff were always smiling, front of house were charming and a bit of a shame that we went end of season so not much entertainment.

The hotel is very nice with a lot of amenities . The daily cleaning service can be a bit better as there were still some areas not well cleaned during the stay. If you are going in summer bring mosquito spray as there are alot of them in the evening coming into your room . The beach in this hotel is amazing and not so crowded , swimming pool is topnotch and breakfast was nice . There arent many restaurants around if you want to eat out , you need to walk a bit down to lane . The hotel restaurants are great but a little expensive compared to outside which is normal. The staff is very friendly and good

We enjoy staying at this hotel, but we encountered air conditioning issues in both our first and last rooms. In our first room, the air conditioning stopped working after a day, there was no telephone, and each twin bed had only one pillow. After waiting for over an hour, the hotel moved us to another room, where everything was fine. Also, the room was not properly cleaned—the area near the toilet had a strong urine smell upon arrival, and there was visible black dirt in the sink. Later, we decided to book an extra night since our flight was at midnight. While checking out and checking back in went smoothly, we once again faced air conditioning problems in our final room. Although a telephone was present, there was no cable to connect it to the line. Since we planned to be out all day and leave at 9 PM, we didn’t raise these issues further. When checking out, we informed the receptionist about the air conditioning and telephone problems of Room 1115, as they could be an issue for future guests. We strongly recommend the hotel inspect the air conditioning and telephone functionality in the older building and improve cleaning standards to enhance the overall guest experience.

Kan desværre kun give 3 stjerner- vi afbrød vores ophold efter to dage. Det viste sig at være et stort børne hotel, støj og larm overalt.. Hvis man har mindre børn med som har brug for All inklusiv og pool er det fint nok. Vores hotelværelse var dog fint, rent og udsigt til havet som vi også har købt adgang til. Vi købte adgang til det VIP område som ligger sammen med hotellet, og der var mere roligt bortset fra virkelig dårlig service.. ikke en gang kom de ned hvor vi lå og spurgte om vi ville bestille mad og drikke.. vi havde alligevel betalt for at ligge der og måtte selv gå op til baren hver gang.. toiletforholdene som hørte til det VIP område var virkelig elendige ingen lås på dørene heller.. Morgenmadbuffeten var fint nok bortset fra at udeområdet var dårligt, bordene stod hist og pist i området, det var ikke særlig indbydende hvis man ville sidde udenfor. Vi valgte et andet hotel der var mere roligt.. vi tog en taxa ind til Tirana og bookede et hotel med pool derinde i mere rolige omgivelser.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet établissement. Les trois piscines sont très belles, bien entretenues, et l'accès direct au bord de mer est un véritable atout. En revanche, le rapport qualité-prix nous a semblé un peu élevé, surtout pour une chambre standard sans vue sur la mer. Au vu du tarif, nous nous attendions à des prestations un peu plus qualitatives. Malgré ce point, nous recommandons cet établissement. Le personnel a été particulièrement accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos demandes, ce qui a largement contribué à rendre notre séjour agréable.

Stora poolen är inte skött ordentligt, algblomning och hala plattor när man skall gå trappan ner till poolen, Vi hade inte all inclusive men köpte lite mat och dryck i baren, kvaliten var usel och drinkarna som kostar 900 lek bara blandas med koncentrat, Aktiviteter som skedde på området var bra men inget SCHEMA när , var och vilka aktiviteter som skulle ske, det hade varit lätt för dem att sätta upp en lapp i baren för hela veckan, I vanlig ordning så paxar folk alla solstolar runt poolen men många syns inte till på hela dagen utan kommer och går som dem vill men solstolen är blockerad… Är man intresserad att äta på annat ställe eller ta en drink så kan man räkna med 1.5 km promenad, Finns inget runt hotellet, det hade varit smidigt att gå på stranden till andra ställen men då hotellet har en privat strand så är det stängsel ner till vattnet som hindrar en trevlig promenad längs strandkanten, ist får man gå längs vägen på baksidan av hotellet på en smal trottoar med livet som insats då ingen kör under 100km/h på dessa smala vägar, restaurangerna 1.5 km bort samt strandpromenaderna var magiska, finns massa att hitta på som tivoli och massor av bra barer och restauranger, Huvudrätter från 600 lek och drinkar för 450 lek RIKTIGT gjorda och välsmakande.

Fra vi ankommer til stedet er alt perfekt! Hotellet er rigtig lækkert og alle medarbejder er fantatisk søde! De er hjælpsomme og altid smilende. TUSIND TAK især til Dorjana og Blerina. 2 fantastiske receptionister. Tak til alle rengøringsfolkene der hver dag gjorde deres bedste. Værelserne var så rene og rigtige rummelige. Tak til medarbejderne og kokkene i køkkenet Alt var godt. Der var rigtig meget mad og vælge imellem men vigtigst for os var at der var rent. Tak til alle.

Rent rum, ej lyhört, bra frukostutbud för att vara utomlands. Fanns en del glutenfritt på frukosten vilket var toppen. Jättefina poolområden. Trevlig personal. Bra ala carte restaurang.
