The sea views are spectacular and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. Wish we would have eaten dinner in the restaurant. The traditional food looked and smelled amazing. Would highly recommend both the hotel and restaurant.

We really enjoyed our stay at Litan hotel! Exceptional friendliness and serviceminded staff with a personal touch. Modern rooms, perfectly clean and in a more secluded area ot saranda - slept very well! Had dinner at the restaurant which was great. We hope to be back in the future ! 🤗

I really enjoyed my stay at the Litan! Very new, modern, excellent construction and finishes in the rooms and common areas. I found our room to be quite comfortable and with such a gorgeous view of the sea, with a generous-sized balcony and nice outdoor furniture. The air conditioning was excellent - kept our room so cool on very hot days. The restaurant is beautiful with a good breakfast. The owner is lovely - friendly, helpful and kind. There is large, convenient and easy to access parking right across the road, which is a definite plus compared to the parking situations at many hotels we experienced in Albania. I would note that it is a long, steep climb back up the hill (via road or stairs) back up to the hotel after a day at the beach or night out at the restaurants, but it's a pleasant walk down and you can always take a cab back up. I would definitely return to the Litan!

This is a beautiful, modern, exceptionally clean hotel run by Silvana and helped by her nephew Valerio. From the moment we entered, we were greeted like family friends and they couldn't have done any more to make us feel at home. They were so hospitable and welcoming. We stayed in the family suite (2 bedroom) ample space for 2 adults and teen. My son loved having his own bedroom and space. We stayed 2 nights. We would also like to give gratitude to the breakfast ad bar staff who were equally friendly. In the bar you get to watch a beautiful sunset, it was amazing. The seafood linguine was tasty and well presented.

Clean modern room with a good size balcony, the restaurant area is nice where they served some really good breakfast with a good amount of options which you can enjoy while taking in a view of sarande. Also got a rooftop which is a nice spot to relax and lastly easy access to get down to the main roads for shops and restaurants. We will be back for sure 👌

Absolutely wonderful stay at Litan Hotel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and very well cared for. The hospitality was exceptional, and every member of the team was kind, friendly, attentive and always ready to help. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, and everything was clean, comfortable and well looked after. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety, which made our mornings even more enjoyable. What truly made our stay special, however, was the people. You can really feel the warmth and care in the way guests are treated. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home. We absolutely loved our stay at Litan Hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Sarandë. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness, care and wonderful hospitality. We will remember our stay with great affection and would love to come back one day! ❤️ Thank you for making our stay so special!

8/10 Very good

Here's the rewritten version: --- Really lovely property overall. We had a balcony with a sea view which was a nice touch and made the stay feel special. Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout. A couple of things did let it down slightly. The AC was out for two nights, which made sleeping pretty uncomfortable given how hot the room got. Opening the balcony door wasn't much of a solution either with dogs barking and noise outside. There was also a day where the lift, electricity and water all had issues at the same time, which wasn't ideal. Breakfast was decent but nothing to shout about. The halal options were quite limited, so worth keeping in mind if that is important to you. That said, those issues aside, it still felt like a solid 4 star experience and good value for money. Would consider returning but hopefully with a bit more consistency on the maintenance side.

Excelente opção de hospedagem. Do café da manhã à localização do hotel, tudo é maravilhoso. E omais importante é a simpatia da família que administra o imóvel, bem como dos atendentes, que trabalham no hotel. Parabéns e votos de muito sucesso. Vista fenomenal!!
