"Don’t look anywhere else. We had trouble getting to the hotel - they sent two staff members out to take our car to the parking garage and our luggage. The balconies overlooking the river were phenomenal. The bathroom ceiling has a star ceiling that lights up as a night light. I couldn’t say enough amazing things about this hotel. We should have stayed there longer."

"I think the property is well situated close to old town lucerne and shops and dining. The hotel has an adjacent restaurant which is great. The property is close to train if travelling by train and close to lake lucerne if you want to book a boat excursion. Staff was friendly and attentive to needs and suggestions of what to do. Hotel provided F&B voucher which could be redeemed for any drink or meal at the hotel restaurant; my breakfast was well covered by it. 😀"

However, when we attempted to eat at the Juliett restaurant, we sat at our table for 20 or 25 minutes without even being offered a glass of water. As a result, we looked for meals outside of the hotel, which we would not have done otherwise."
