"Our accommodation was really quite large. There was plenty of space to put your luggage etc. I didn’t like that this was a rather expensive hotel and that no breakfast was included in the price. Also, there was no fridge in the room..only a small bar fridge in the common area. The hotel does have a restaurant and we decided to eat dinner there. I was actually rather disappointed in the quality and presentation of the food for the prices being charged. I had the lamb schnitzel dinner. This problem was that the lamb had not been pounded thin enough and the coating was not crisp and the flavour of the coating was odd. Also, the mashed potatoes were not smooth at all…just roughly mashed. It was more like a homemade meal made by someone that doesn’t like cooking very much. Ok but not great. And really not great for the price charged."
"It was sufficient for a night passing through. Hair dryer didn’t work and they had no replacement. Said breakfast was until 10am but packed up all food before 9:45am. Quirky rooms and no extra amenities to speak of but was a roof over our head."
