"Older building - heat was not working properly to control from individual rooms — so when it was 10 degrees outside, we were sleeping with the window open about 3 inches to get cooler air in to make sleeping possible. Friendly staff, good breakfast. "

"Rooms are modern looking and clean. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of food, and even made accommodations for those with allergies. The only knock is that on Saturday and Sunday morning (at breakfast’s peak hours) they kept running out of cutlery. People were waiting around for a while.
Staff and service were amazing. My bathtub was almost fully clogged and when I brought it up to front desk, they were genuinely sorry. They had the issue fixed immediately.
Overall, nice property with well maintained basic necessities. It’s so close to Old Montreal and also very close to St. Catherines Street. It is in the heart of Chinatown.
It also right near the highway, so easy to access. I’d recommend.
