The parking and location is good. But the room condition was terrible, very minima light, and had a stench of something. Stains on the bedsheet, not even proper insulated covers on the heater. Terrible experience, but only for one night and budget, I guess then not bad.

I wouldn't say the place is terrible, after all it's very economical; but a few things can be improved and wouldn't cost much: shower head, a working remote for cable box, thermostat (it's a couple degrees Celcius off too warm), tub drain, a few hooks in washroom. Bed is firm for me to rest so that's a good thing.

I liked that the hotel is on the river bank and can be reached by public transport. There was no hair dryer, kettle, or microwave in the room. But when I asked, they politely provided me with a hair dryer and kettle. I didn't like that the room was poorly cleaned. Crumbs on the floor, hair in the bathroom and it was dirty.

The room is very poorly maintained, and the mattress is completely worn out. I stayed there for three nights for work, and the TV didn’t work. After two days, I asked for some basic housekeeping — clean towels, toilet paper, and a quick cleaning of the room. Just the basics. I ended up having to go to the front desk myself, which was also dirty and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, the person at the front desk didn’t speak English and could barely communicate in French. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and basic service were very disappointing.
