Our room was so spacious and beautiful…it was hard to find as there is no name on the door or sign on where to find it. The other thing is the parking that they suggested was $70 per day and there is one that I would say is just as close or closer in a parkade that was only $24 a day. The hotel itself was great! We would stay again!

We were there for the World Championship cycling events, so Montreal was packed. Places to stay were limited. Location in Old Town was excellent. Our room was on the backside of the building, so much quieter. The laundry facilities were on our floor, so pretty convenient. The air conditioning unit stopped working well on the third day. We were only there for four nights, so although we called the host to address it, we made the decision to live with it not working and open the windows. I will say they were responsive.

We were in town for a wedding with several relatives using rooms here- worked out great. If you are elderly, there is no handrail for walking up the four steps to enter the hotel. There’s no front desk, you use a code to enter and to use the elevator. Codes to enter personal room was convenient, better than keys/cards. You cannot store luggage here if early arrival or later departure. We ended up extending a day due to this fact. Latest checkout is at 1 pm but you pay extra for it, regular check out time is 11 am.. Great location, lovely, comfortable rooms.

Inches away from perfect… The apartment was spacious with a full kitchen, full washer and dryer with complimentary soap which was nice, the beds were comfortable and the apartment tastefully decorated, the linens clean and crisp, the shower was AMAZING! The location is great, walkable to many attractions with restaurants literally down the stairs. On the minus side, there was no colander or any kind of mixing bowl to cook or make a salad, the microwave was not plugged in and there was no plug where it was located, the bathroom needed a deep clean as dust accumulated on the baseboards and door. Fix those minor issues and .. it is a Dimond!

Location is great - right on the main cobblestone street of Old Montreal. Size of the place was ok. Kitchen was fine. There is absolutely no staff onsite, but they are responsive by text. Negatives: Smells of Curry 24x7, especially at entrance, but the smell wafts all over the place - like really strong. Indian Restaurant next door. Very noisy AC outside permeated the living room. had to close BR door to block it out. Cheap dirty rug in living area. Lots of dust and cobwebs. Cheap dirty Chairs in dining area. Strange assortment of snacks, albeit free which was good I guess. Felt like maybe 2.5 to 3 star place.
