The floor I was on was under renovation when I stayed there the previous weekend, so we were the first guest in that room. In spite of what the staff had going on, they put the guest needs first. "Quaint B&B in the heart of South Hadley. Within walking distance of town and Mount Holyoke College. (Stairs to second floor are a bit steep for anyone with accessibility issues.) Great overall local place to stay. "
