The room was okay. It looks like any other chain hotel which is fine. Check out was extremely easy and the staff was exceptionally friendly. I appreciate that the hotel room temperature stayed relatively the same throughout the night and that it was set to a comfortable sleeping temp. The main issue was the bathroom cleanliness. The shower had was looked like hair that came out of a razor caked on the shower wall, there was hair stuck to the lotion bottle on the counter, and there was a musty smell. I did however appreciate they supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion that all smell really good. Another complaint I had was that the shower was extremely cold. I had intended to bathe my baby during our stay, but I couldn’t even tolerate how cold the water was. I am thankful to the staff that they canceled our second night without charge as our plans had changed and we were no longer staying in town for the full weekend.
