I always love staying here when I visit Springfield! The front desk staff are consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which really makes a difference. The rooms are a little dated, but they’re spacious, clean, and have everything I need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast also has a great variety of options, and parking is always easy to find. I also love that they have snacks available at the front desk—perfect when you need a little something after a long day. Overall, this is definitely one of my go-to places to stay when I’m in the area!

The location of the hotel was ideal. It was right off 90 for an overnight stay. There were plenty of choices in the area for food or shopping. The staff to the hotel were professional. The first room we had the TV didn’t work and the bathroom door was broken and they immediately gave us a second room. The lobby and breakfast are were great. The bathroom could use an upgrade and the property could use some landscaping. But the hotel was clean.

One of the reasons that I stay at Hampton Inn is because the beds are so incredibly comfortable, and this visit didn't disappoint. But, what stood out about this Hampton Inn was the breakfast. It was amazing! It was seasoned, there was a variety of food, each day, and it was perfectly prepared and executed. The staff was helpful and even brought out almond milk for my daughter. Another big plus was that the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The room was okay. It looks like any other chain hotel which is fine. Check out was extremely easy and the staff was exceptionally friendly. I appreciate that the hotel room temperature stayed relatively the same throughout the night and that it was set to a comfortable sleeping temp. The main issue was the bathroom cleanliness. The shower had was looked like hair that came out of a razor caked on the shower wall, there was hair stuck to the lotion bottle on the counter, and there was a musty smell. I did however appreciate they supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion that all smell really good. Another complaint I had was that the shower was extremely cold. I had intended to bathe my baby during our stay, but I couldn’t even tolerate how cold the water was. I am thankful to the staff that they canceled our second night without charge as our plans had changed and we were no longer staying in town for the full weekend.
