Excellent staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed, no telephone in rooms to contact the front desk, no elevators, the hallway leading to the second level has an odor as if it was water damaged.

If you need a comfortable place to stay! This is the one. It still seems like they are “fixing” things up in terms of renovations. For instance we had to force our main door to the hallway to make sure it actually closed. Our bathroom door never was able to close. Staff was amazing in terms of us needed towels etc they responded in minutes. The beds were super comfy. We were there to visit 6 flags so we got 2 comfy nights.

Outdated hotel yet it was clean, good A/C, free parking, central location yet tucked in on a side street so much quieter. The real gem here is the staff… absolutely wonderful!

Every staff member we encountered was very friendly. The property itself was clean but no frills. Continental breakfast was more than adequate. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay at Baldwin Inn & Suites. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always. The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping. Our room was huge, giving us plenty of space to move around. The beds were very comfortable, and we slept great. The room was also clean. Overall, this hotel offered exactly what we needed for an affordable price. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.
