"Our experience with Collette was more than we could have hoped for. There was an issue with our booking and she went above and beyond to help my family get a room that was able to accommodate us. She was kind and so gracious despite the late hour. She made our stay so much more comfortable! The breakfast was hot and the breakfast hostesses worked hard to make sure that the buffet was stocked. There were many gluten free options"
