I can’t speak highly enough about our amazing new friend Kierra! She was working the desk during our stay and took care of all our needs! She was absolutely the best and made our stay easy and carefree! The food was great, especially those pizzas! Whoever was back there cooking them deserves some praise and a raise! We will definitely be returning to this property!

Very clean and the staff was friendly. The only things I can think were an issue were the “whisper quiet” A/C was loud and the sliding door to the shower / toilet area didn’t shut all the way. Other than those it was a very nice stay.

We stayed here for one night on our way to the Outer Banks, and it was a convenient stop with several restaurants nearby. The hotel was clean, and the room was well maintained. The breakfast in the lobby was a pleasant surprise, it was much better than expected, especially considering it’s ordered at the front desk. Our only complaint was the air conditioning. We set the thermostat to 60°F, but the room never seemed to cool below about 75°F, making it uncomfortable to sleep. While we were downstairs getting breakfast before checking out, we overheard several other guests mentioning the same issue, so it didn’t appear to be limited to our room. If the air conditioning had worked as expected, we would have rated our stay much higher.
