The property is new, the amenities are great. The room is well outfitted with everything you would need. Mattress was very comfortable, what a great nights sleep. I especially love the blind that cleanly blocks all the light.

The place is very nice, perfect for a long term stay. Fully stocked kitchen, full-size fridge, big flt screen tv,plenty of towels . May need more trash drop off points., water pressure higher at kitchen sink than shower but not bad. Great staff

I had booked this reservation for an overnight stay. I received the confirmation of the booking and when I arrived to the hotel, I was told that my name was not in the system. And that there were no available rooms. I chose this hotel as it was in close proximity to a concert venue planned for Friday night. Thanks to the unhelpful and inefficient staff, I had to find another hotel on short notice, and missed 45 minutes of the concert.

Fairly new property, very clean and friendly staff. The location is convenient although you do need to get used to entry points as you have to go around the building if you're coming in from one road. My only disappointments: They don't have a full breakfast and pickings are slim. The internet/TV could use an upgrade as I had issues both time I stayed there. TV is constantly glitchy and internet service is sketchy certain times of the day. I would stay again if the price is right but would probably choose another option that I know has full breakfast and better internet/TV service.

Great stay! A new building is always nice. But one can see that the property is being cleaned properly. Manage your expectations on the Breakast to go! It’s less than a continental breakfast! This is a new hotel property. Super clean, comfortable and pet friendly. The rooms are fully equipped for cooking and eating. There is an adequate fitness space and laundry. The "free breakfast" is rather sparse but there are so many eating establishments nearby, that it's no problem.

The room is excellent and has all the comforts of home. Refrigerator, microwave, pots, pans, the sink to wash the pots pans and dishes. There is two gas fired barbecues out back, and a gas fired fire pit along with tables and chairs. If you want to dine out theres a fast food and a really good restaurant in the next parking lot. It’s walking distance. Hyatt Studios also has coffee and breakfast.

The Hotel was only open for 2 weeks when we got there . I was very surprised when we opened the door and it was a refrigerator, stove and microwave with air fryer . Everything was very convenient very clean. I will definitely stay there again.

Excellent rooms and hotel. Brand new so everything is as good as it can be. If you are looking for a longer stay it is geared up with everything you need to cook and eat even with washing up bowl with sponges and washing up liquid. They have a large laundry room with plenty of washers and dryers even a laundry basket in the room. Very geared to longer stays. It states that breakfast was included but the only offerings were sweet muffins and apples and bananas neither of which I eat. Don’t think it would hurt to have some bagels or bread to toast with cream cheese and jams or little cheese portions and boiled eggs. It wasn’t particularly cheap so a little more offerings should be included. I know you can buy fridge sandwiches but the price was enough without spending more. Didn’t like to awful smell of pot in the hallways. Don’t think it should be allowed even though it’s legal in Va. It wasn’t particularly cheap but a great facility and we would stay again.

Beds were comfortable and what I liked most is if you needed to stay a few days for travel, it has everything you need to cook or basically have a studio apartment. Breakfast was bare minimum- granola bars, muffins, and fruit if you are counting on that as “breakfast included”

The good...This is a brand new hotel. Room was clean & well equipped with a large refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner stovetop & a dishwasher as well as dishes & pans. Bed was comfortable. They also had an outdoor patio with grills for our use. Staff was friendly. The not so good...Our toilet wouldn't flush & it took us 3 times calling before someone finally came to fix it, more than 4 hours later. The 1st time we called & were told to come down & get a plunger!!!! My husband said no, we want another room! Breakfast was prepackaged muffins & oranges. Both days. At $175/night, we expected a little more than that.
