Check in July 2nd and Departed July 6th newer hotel everything was still fairly new spotless up to date dishwasher refrigerator stove top electric and microwave oven good size flat screen television and comfortable bed and couch nice clean also bed couch at that walk in shower space decent I am glad to had spent a few days here will be back in the future if the price stay decent and affordable like I was able to get thanks to Hotels.com

I had an overall good stay at this hotel. The property was clean, quiet, and comfortable throughout my visit, and the front desk staff were always friendly and welcoming. During my stay, I reported an issue with the refrigerator to the front desk, but unfortunately, maintenance never came to take a look at it. My biggest concern, however, was the housekeeping policy. Since this is an extended-stay studio hotel, I was informed that housekeeping services are only provided on the 8th day of a guest’s stay. My stay was from Wednesday through Tuesday morning, so I wasn’t eligible for a room cleaning. I asked if I could at least change the sheets and pillowcases myself, but I was initially told no. Fortunately, I later spoke with a housekeeper who was kind enough to provide me with clean linens so I could make the bed myself, which I really appreciated. Overall, I enjoyed my stay because the hotel was peaceful, clean, and the staff were pleasant. I do think the housekeeping policy could be more flexible for guests staying close to a week, or at least allow fresh linens upon request.

Arrived at the hotel around 6 and was informed our room was not clean and we would have to wait. We waited an hour. The lady at the desk was not friendly. We had to call the front desk at 11 because the room we were in had lights in the celeing which we compared to a strobe light and very blinding to the eyes while trying to sleep. It took 3 attempts to get someone in the room and had to place cardboard and tape over the lights.
