"The property was what we would have expected in Japan. Good value. Good location. Easy to take local trains and buses. We also chose this location becuase the Haneda airport limousine bus drop off was nearby, and we also took the Narita airport limousine bus to Narita. The property seemed clean but the issue we had was that the room was pretty dusty. I have 2 kids with allergies to dust and it was very difficult for them to stay there for a week. I don't have a dust allergy so it would have been...

"Very family friendly hotel! Staff was very friendly! Hotel is right at the pick up and drop off for the bus to and from Tokyo Disneyland ! Very convenient! 2 minute walk to a Lawsons. Only issue was one dryer out of 2 was working and gave the clothing a mold/mildew smell. Even after drying for an hour and a half, clothing still not fully dry. Other than that, would stay there again! "

"The room is clean and bed n pillow so comfortable , room is spacious , bathroom is great , they provide toothbrush with toothpaste , comb, facial cleanser, pajamas , etc . It has Lawson store beside it and train station urayasu . Love it n will comeback "

A huge thank you to Raymond Tanaka who assisted us with our check in. Mr Tanaka even found us the next morning while having breakfast to make sure we were enjoying our stay. "

"Friendly Staff, great buffet (25-30+ dishes, including pastries, salads, etc.), nice onsen. Beds were nice and comfortable. showers always hot. close to all amenities. Shuttle to / from Disney properties is a plus. Would recommend."
