The staff are amazing at this hotel they really went above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble and always so helpful and smiling. They lent us a stroller for Disney world and reserving parking was easy. They also let my daughter take a teddy from reception to the room which was so nice of them. The hotel is modern and clean and the rooms are perfect size for families. The breakfast is really good. The most memorable point for me is the staff as they were just amazing and it’s been one of my best stays.

Staff were really friendly! Laundry was available. Family Mart is about a 3-5 minute walk. There’s a shutttle to Disneyland and Disneysea. Neither are walking distance of the property. Highly recommend! I would stay here again in the future.

Breakfast - big let down here as our of the three days we stayed the cafe was closed two days without any previous communication. Initially, we thought it was one day only but it was closed both days without any prior communication. The morning staff is great and tries their level best to deal with guests but cannot do much as management sets the practices in place. Note - location is far away from everything including places to eat and visit. Stay here only if you're going to Disneyland.

The rooms are very tight. I do like the rain head shower. We had 4 people in the room so basically you have 4 twin beds with no space. The pool isn’t like in America where you can swim and hang out. You have to have someone there to monitor you. The public bath .. you have to walk out of the hotel next door to use. It’s not in the same hotel elevator. Hotel shuttle is a plus and great to use to go to the parks. Overall hotel isn’t bad if you are just doing Disney only. It’s not close to any convenience store.
