"We absolutely loved our stay at TOMI.Ginza. It definitely exceeded our expectations. We had a family of four and loved the separate room for our two grown children, as well as the spacious living room, bathroom and separate kitchen area! There was even a washer/dryer in the room too. Having just opened in May 2026, we could definitely feel how new everything is, and the staff were all so friendly and accommodating. If you’re staying in Ginza, we would highly recommend!"

"Great stay for family of 5 with most important feature - laundry in the bathroom. Since it’s only a 6 unit property, elevators are available and usually only us. Has all the features of apartment and family enjoyed the 4 night excursion in the Ginza area."

"We loved how family friendly the property was and how easy transportation was to get around Tokyo."

"Fantastic hotel. Worth every penny. Walkable area and great place for good eats and shopping. Convenient to uber/taxi or hop on a train for sightseeing."

"The room sizes were great for a family of four with two young kids. "

"The staff was very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. They had many free essentials available for use, including umbrellas which was very helpful. It was conveniently located as well, not too far from the train or convenience store but still in a quiet part of town. We had a lot of fun staying in the Pokemon room! It was a bit expensive for different interior design and a welcome gift (tote bag set), but still worth it if you’re a fan or have kids."

"Excellent hotel in a quiet area. "

"Great location, easy access to the Metro system and short walk to Tokyo station. Nice free amenities in the lobby. Room is not large but t worked fine."
