We had a wonderful time. Hotel location is conveniently located, the surrounding area is very nice, and is a short walk from all the activities in Ginza. The hotel staff was one of the most courteous, helpful and professional that we have ever encountered. The hotel facilities are quite nice - perhaps a bit dated in style but clean, well maintained, and pretty luxurious. We used several of the hotel restaurants and they’re all good. Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel. Beautiful shops within the hotel as well as many restaurants to choose from. The Old Imperial Bar. Great cocktails! The staff are gracious and helpful. Good location. The room was a tad small but had a great view. Nice amenities as well.
