The hotel is within walking distance from Shin-Kobe Shinkansen Station. The room is big and nice, and temperature can be controlled easily and turned on 24/7, you dont need to put your room key in a slot for electricity.

Location, The Design is truly lovely! Every amenity is perfection. We are architects and the collection of books in the Library/ Lobby was exceptional. If you value attention to detail as we do this will be the place for you!

Though the room was on the smaller side, it was very fancy and had all the amenities and was well kept.
The staff was very nice and helpful as well.
They called us a taxi when we needed to get our luggage to the airport and walk us down and waited in the cold with us for the taxi to arrive. Great service!
I'm so glad I found the Hyatt Regency - this place is a gem! Located a few miles south of Osaka city, it's a great place to unwind after having your senses overstimulated in the big city! I took the subway everyday into the city center - about 15-20 minutes, but there is a free hotel shuttle that brings guests to JR Osaka station. I prefer the train! We had a little bit of a hard time finding the entrance to the property because it’s was on the side of the building in the alleyway but it was flanked by a Lawsons AND a Sugi Pharamcy (both of which we visited several times during our 4 day stay.

Great location, short travel to USJ. Wonderful staff, everyone is so polite at the hotel. Most likely, I will stay here again when I visit USJ again, granted I wasn't able to use their onsen due to my tattoos.
We stayed for 3 nights. I would rate this hotel as PERFECT.
There are a few great things:
- Super quiet. I am extremely sensitive to noise, so big kudos to this.
- Great location. 4 min from Nagahoribashi station, and 8min from Shinsaibashi station. Walkable distance to Dontonburi and Shinsaibashi shopping area.
- Friendly and multi-lingual front desk.
- Clean and spacious room. It's an extremely big hotel room in Japan.
I will stay here again the next time visiting osaka.
Everything was amazing and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful! Its convenient location and theming made our visit to Universal Studios Japan very special.
Great place and great service. Check in can take a while when there is a line. They need a better way to do that. Otherwise, very happy with the location and the hotel is modern and the rooms are convenient. You can hear the train if you get a lower level room so I recommend a higher floor if that bothers you.
