Great location, walking distance to Osaka castle and away from the busyness. Lots of useful train lines in walking distance as well as a 7/11. Room was spacious, clean and modern. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was good! Would stay again.

It’s ok but needs renovation

As average as it can be, not bad, not the greatest. Pretty good located. It could benefit a lot from a deep renovation.

Clean and friendly. Walking distance to Osaka palace and McDonald’s and 7-eleven for quick grab since we were traveling with toddlers. They have their own parking garage under the building that was a plus.

The hotel was fantastic. Two pillows were provided. But neither were to my liking. Breakfast buffet is a bit on the expensive side but quality was decent and staff were great.

8/10 Very good

Place is very good. Room comfortable and, for Japan, quite spacious. The only let down was breakfast. Too rushed. Also they did not replenish the trays. Last day we went to breakfast 40 min before cut off but they had already run out of bread and croissants.

Poor air quality because windows do not open. Maids are opening doors to air out rooms but not enough.
