Amazing staff. Luxurious hotel. Free parking. Spacious room with a nice view of lake Fuschl (Grand Deluxe Room) if you can afford an upgrade definitely go with it. Spa facilities are a must try, they have an indoor pool, sauna, whirlpool, steam room, as well as massage therapy. Dining is expensive as expected in such places. In short it was a great experience to stay in this castle if you have the opportunity to spend a couple of days here don't miss it.
Excellent stay! The pictures don't do justice as the hotel is immaculate and the views are heavenly. You would love the fact that it's run by the Stadler family who works everyday together to provide you with the best service. We stayed at a family room on a third floor with direct view of the lake and it was spectacular. The breakfast buffet is amazing with daily made fresh options. The lunch and dinner options at the hotel are delicious.

This is an annex of the wonderful little hotel Trumer Stube, and is a more than serviceable walk-up apartment in a very central and exciting location. The owners are on site at the hotel, which is across the street, and they are the BEST. The apartment we had faced the street so was not completely quiet, but it worked for us. Loved the location of the hotel. You can see the city below from the mountain and you can look at the Alps mountain range. You can also go on a hike. I wish I had more time. I will definitely visit this location again.

Lots of restuarants and pubs nearby as well as sightseeing points of interest.
Staff were great and you can leave cases there should you geet there early of leave well after chek out time.

This is a fantastic place. Has the old world charm and yet with all the amenities inside the room that makes your stay comfortable. The room was very quiet and we had some good view of the town. It's in a historical part of the city (though not in old town) and at a few minutes walking distance from all main attractions , the Mirabell palace and from the start of the Sound of Music tour.
