"Both hotel manager and restaurant manager provided us a super nice service before and during our stay. The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. The restaurant food and suna is amazing. The staff attitude to help and think for their customers are much appreciated "

"I found this property to be lovely spot to stay with lovely design and very convenient. The food was okay, not great for the cost with breakfast buffet being mostly cold (as in eggs, bacon, pancakes). To be honest I found most of the staff to be unfriendly bordering on almost rude, it was always as though you were an unwelcomed inconvenience."

"If you're thinking about staying here, BOOK IT NOW. My wife & I only stayed for one night, but we both wished we'd had more time. The property is BEAUTIFUL and the owners provide FIRST CLASS HOSPITALITY. Our stay included breakfast, and it was perhaps the most amazing breakfast I can remember - with the most delicious homemade jams (as well as many other delicious offerings)! "The rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean as are all of the public areas. Very attentive and polite staff throughout our stay in all areas of the hotel. Breakfast was extensive with extras available from the kitchen. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was fabulous. The bar very comfortable and welcoming. We used the spa and again it was clean and an experience to enjoy. Absolutely recommend a stay here."

"The hotel itself is fine and the staff are excellent. But to describe the hotel as "ski-in/ski-out" is wholly misleading. The exit/entrance involved a dangerous traverse across about 100m of sheet ice. The hotel itself recommended against using the route, instead suggesting using the free shuttle. That runs about every 90 minutes, so is basically useless. So don't stay here if you don't want to have to drive to the resort each day. Also, don't make the mistake of buying the full Paradiski...
