Great hotel in a great location in Val-d'Isère, large car park with easy access to the hotel. Very helpful staff, friendly and knowledgeable for places to visit in the town. The bar and bar staff were great with games and cards available. The gym is tiny and can only hold three people before it’s full. The hotel is in close walking distance to local bars and restaurants. Our room was large with two balconies with amazing mountain views. The bathroom was large and the room modern with great air conditioning. The hotel was modern and clean but retained the alpine style and was a great place to stay.

Top place to stay. Highly recommend.

The place was exceptionally clean, fresh and modern. The amenities were wonderful. A great bar and brilliant restaurant. I also took use of the steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi. Don’t forget to use the outside sauna with a view of the mountains. Also the people that work here are lovely, from the restaurant to reception desk to the cleaners. Very convenient parking below the building with Lift access to your room.

Perfectly thought out hotel and amazing people with a special shout out to Morgane who was particularly wonderful and helpful. We checked out in the morning our final day, stored our luggage in the luggage room and still skied a full day. The luggage room is equipped with showers so we were able to clean up and change for dinner before our transport picked us up late in the evening. Morgane was kind enough to provide plastic bags for our wet clothes. Breakfast was great. One of the notable features is make your own fresh squeezed orange juice. Spa has an indoor and outdoor sauna and a very nice hammam/steam room. There is a well equipped ski room with boot driers/warmers that in each locker. Will definitely stay here again next time in Val D’Isere.

Nous avions réservé une suite, elle était belle, grande et moderne, mais la vue n'était pas vraiment belle (en avant de la rue/entrée du personnel). Les cheveux étaient également présents sur le lit et dans la salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner était bon, gérable. Vaisselle et table partiellement sales, c'était un peu décourageant. Le service était agréable, mais au départ et après le manque de communication. Il a été réservé via le portail et tout a été payé à l'avance. Personne ne le savait au moment du départ. Ensuite, nous avons payé la taxe de séjour. Après avoir montré le paiement, nous avons pu partir avec la déclaration que le patron se présente. Celui-ci s'est manifesté et a dit que la taxe de séjour était encore en attente (encore une erreur de communication). Le rapport qualité-prix ne nous convient pas ici. Nous ne reviendrons pas.
