The staff was always helpful and so friendly. We loved the breakfast each morning and the ease of using the downstairs ski shop to get outfitted for the slopes each morning. The bar was the perfect place to meet up with friends for a cocktail after a day of skiing. 10/10 would recommend and hope to visit again soon! Thanks Experiemental.

From the front desk to the dining area and ski rental area, all great people with great customer service. Berangere at the front desk was super kind and professional and did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I was very impressed by all their staff. Wonderful hotel, fantastic service

Had a really fabulous stay at L'Aigle des Neiges! Great hotel in a fantastic location. Unfortunately I broke my ankle skiing and the staff couldn't have been more attentive and helpful - it definitely made an awful situation better! Special thanks to the bar/restaurant staff who made it possible for me to make it downstairs on my last night and to the hotel van driver who picked me up from the medical centre. The hotel also accommodated a late check out which was really appreciated. We will definitely be returning next year!

Great hotel and will be back

Stayed there for 5 nights while skiing in Val. The hotel is in excellent condition, very light and airy in the public areas, good service all around with friendly, chatty and very engaging staff. The bedrooms are spacious and light. Good shower pressure! The food is very good for both breakfast and dinner. Loved the pool. Only criticism is the pillows in the rooms need to be softer and larger. I found them uncomfortable after a day skiing. I haven't enjoyed a hotel stay this much for a long time and i do stay in hotels a lot.

Entire hotel smells horrible. I accidentally broke a ski pole and the staff got mad at me shaking their heads. Was an accident and I had paid for insurance. Good luck getting coffee in the morning - they quickly run out and took 20-30 minutes after we ordered more. Also, your room is cleaned by 6pm every day. So sometimes you'll come back from skiing and nothing has been done. Will not be returning.
