"Charlotte, who checked us in was extremely cheerful and helpful. Our phone cord did not fit the rental car outlet so she loaned us one while we were there. Staff is bilingual. It is a very clean hotel and quiet. Unlimited specialty coffees and juice was a real treat. Even though the hotel is located about 15 minutes from the historic part of the city, it was nice to have a quiet refuge at the end of the day."
