I was very disappointed with this location. It looked much nicer in the pictures. The room we got was very outdated. The shower/tub curtain did not close off the shower properly and water went everywhere. The AC unit was not strong enough and the nozzle kept falling out of it's slot in the window. The bed was extremely small for two people - not a Queen as we expected - and I actually slept on the floor because it was too hot and we couldn't sleep two pleople in the small bed. I do not recommend this location.

Check-in instruction was all French. Good thing I have Google Translate apps handy. The unit is old. Underground parking is convenience. Closest decent grocery is the IGA, located on the main highway at about 5 miles from the property. This is an air B&B style facility. There was no onsite manager. Overall, it is satisfactory considering it's price.

This was a comfortable and reasonably-priced spot for our Quebec City trip. It would be good to have laundry tabs and sufficient toilet paper supplied (there was one roll for 6 people for 6 nights, and when we asked we were given one more roll--ended up buying our own). Door lock would not work one morning and we were told someone would stop by "later" so we ended up leaving the place open with all our stuff there. Great location, comfortable, and clean, but better service needed.

Maybe because it's a ski resort, that's why there is no air conditioning in the room. It's super hot when I checked in, the room is over 30 degrees. No reception, so if there is anything, you have to make a call. The bedsheet is not clean. The only good thing is the location, it's closed to Cayon St-Anne.

There was hair, fingernail clippings, and even a piece of yellow cheese on the floor; we had to sweep it up. The reservation was for three people, so we had to use the sofa bed; it lacked blankets, and while we found some sheets that looked relatively clean, the available blankets smelled bad. I had to use them anyway because I was cold—at least in the feet—but the odor was strong. The sofa is somewhat uncomfortable because a metal part of the base creates a lump, making it impossible to get a good rest. And don't even get me started on the lighting, which was clearly installed in the most haphazard way possible. As for the master bathroom shower, it wasn't really usable; it only has a bathtub with a handheld shower attachment, which doesn't make for a practical way to shower.

L’un des lits n’était pas préparé à notre arrivée. La location de vélos est peu adaptée aux familles avec de jeunes enfants et les tarifs sont excessifs. Par ailleurs, plusieurs équipements de la salle de bain (porte-serviettes, porte-savon) se décrochent, car ils sont mal fixés avec des matériaux inadaptés. Enfin, la piscine se situe à 2 km de l’hôtel. La présenter comme un équipement de l’établissement est trompeur.

The only good thing about this property was the underground parking. We booked 2 rooms at the same time and both rooms were in separate buildings. We found out about this inconvenience the morning of check in. Of course it was too late to cancel. The indoor pool they advertised was 3 kilometres away. The beds were squeaky. Rugs had burn marks. Missing baseboards. The restaurants and shops were all closed for the season. They should advise us prior to booking . I would NOT recommend this property.

We booked this condo for a group of 5, based on the listing showing 2 bedrooms and a mezzanine, about 1 km from the ski slopes. Unfortunately, the condo we were assigned looked quite different from the photos on the website, which was disappointing. The check-in process was also frustrating. The property first contacted me through Hotels.com asking for my phone number, which I provided. Instead of sending the check-in instructions through Hotels.com or replying to that same conversation, they sent a text message from a different, unfamiliar number asking me to send my email address. Because I didn't recognize the number, I assumed it was spam and didn't respond. On the day of our arrival, I sent several text messages to the official contact number requesting the check-in instructions but received no response. Eventually, I decided to call the unfamiliar number, and they explained they needed my email address before they could send the check-in instructions. The unit has air conditioning, but it's a portable unit that vents through the window. It was quite noisy, so we turned it off, and we were fortunate that the night was cool enough to sleep comfortably. One inconvenience was that no shower gel or body wash was provided in the bathroom. Overall, the condo was comfortable enough, albeit it was basic and outdated - but the misleading photos, confusing check-in communication, and lack of basic bathroom amenities made it a little less enjoyable
