Clean, basic small apartment. second queen bed room is actually behind a closet office with a small double Murphy bed. False advertisement. Good dining chairs. Went off season ( October) so it was quiet and empty, good sound proofing. The one queen platform bed was firm and slept very well. ( the couple in the lumpy Murphy bed didn’t ) . Adequate for just driving through beautiful area.

This was a comfortable and reasonably-priced spot for our Quebec City trip. It would be good to have laundry tabs and sufficient toilet paper supplied (there was one roll for 6 people for 6 nights, and when we asked we were given one more roll--ended up buying our own). Door lock would not work one morning and we were told someone would stop by "later" so we ended up leaving the place open with all our stuff there. Great location, comfortable, and clean, but better service needed.

Maybe because it's a ski resort, that's why there is no air conditioning in the room. It's super hot when I checked in, the room is over 30 degrees. No reception, so if there is anything, you have to make a call. The bedsheet is not clean. The only good thing is the location, it's closed to Cayon St-Anne.

Reception staff were helpful and available when we had questions. But the unit we got wasn’t the cleanest, the toaster was broken, we had to rewash all the dishes, the bathroom had hairs on the ground. It was very well located for our event in Mont Ste Anne and that was the big plus, everything else was ok! Expedia advertised that it had both an outdoor seasonal pool and an indoor pool, but this is not the case. You have to drive 5 minutes to get to a shared indoor pool and there is no outdoor pool, that was disappointing.
