The property was a bit rough around the edges but they were working on it. We noticed that the bathroom door around the knob was dirty. The walls near the washroom sink had water splashes from previous stays. They were painting the stairway. Staff was excellent. Breakfast area was nice.

When most of the TVs are like decoration nowadays, this hotel still has the satellite channel. There are two TVs in the room, we can watch the FIFA World Cup game wherever we like. The hotel is close to the church and the river, absolutely a great place to stay.

8/10 Very good

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was ok, it lacked a bit of maintenance, but it did not seem to be from a lack of trying (there was a man painting the hallways when I stayed there). I think they try their very best but it is an older hotel. The breakfast was great for the price and the staff really went above and beyond. Merci!

4/10 Fair

The rooms listed as accessible have carpeting removed but they are not truly accessible. The bathroom door opens inward and the floor space is not large enough so it be closed once a wheelchair is rolled in. The supports provided for the toilet were not permanent or attached to the wall therefore they were very wobbly. The bathtub grab bars are not well placed. The rooms themselves have limited space for maneuvering a wheelchair. And finally the second queen bed is a Murphy bed. The staff at the front desk were very kind and the manager arranged the cancellation of our second night’s reservation which was appreciated but the experience was very disappointing.
