"Everything was great. There are many stairs to the room, but staff carried our bags up 5 flights (and down at the end of our stay) so the stairs didn’t bother us. The room was bigger than I’d expected, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had great pressure. Location was also excellent with easy walking access to everything and transit nearby. I would stay here again anytime. There was a bowl of apples in the lobby too, which made a great snack to grab on the way out the door."

"Spacious and modern rooms replete with everything you need for an 4/5 day stay. Onsite gym was well equipped, although could use a little TLC. The breakfast was just okay. I wouldn’t pay extra for it. There’s lots of places nearby to explore for breakfast."

"Beds and pillows are not comfortable at all. Room is more of an apartment vibe than a hotel. Staff is friendly but it’s not the same service you would get at a 5 star hotel. Gives more of a hotel/residency than an actual hotel. Walls are also really thin so if you are a light sleeper you might not feel the most well rested, you can hear guests closing and opening the door and staff cleans the room early so you can really hear everything. "

"It’s immediately clear why this is one of the best hotels in Lisbon. From the moment we arrived the service was outstanding, staff are friendly and genuinely keen to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and the soundproofing is next level, I haven’t slept that soundly for a long time. Then there is all the lovely extras; quality toiletries, fresh drinks in the mini bar, pillow menu, all the snacks you could want and an outstanding free walking tour (which reveals the secret in the hotels basement!). The icing on the cake (literally) was discovering it was my partners birthday and surprising us with a cake it breakfast! I cannot rate this hotel highly enough, this is what real hospitality looks like and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Lisbojn. "

"Bon petit déjeuner. Proche de l’aéroport. Environs de l’hôtel laisse à désirer. les tapis dans les corridors doivent être lavés ou remplacés. Le contrôle de la température des chambres est déficient. J’ai demandé à 2 reprises de corriger sans succès. Pas le meilleur hébergement que j’ai loué. "
