The staff was super helpful and extremely friendly. The rooms were nicely tended to and very spacious. While the fitness center was definitely minimal and quite lacking (even for a Hotel of this size) it was made up for it by the luxurious spa. It’s in a great location and we found it to be a great value for where it is in Lisbon. If we ever come back, we would be happy to stay at this hotel again.

Amazing hotel. I had a small double room, which was not small. The staff took my bag, a small one, to the room. What service! A welcome drink, discount in the spa and restaurant - wonderful.
