"This was our hub for my 9 year old’s first trip to the city. From here we were able to walk easily to the Empire State Building, Times Square, Grand Central Station, the Public Library & Bryant Park, Rockefeller Plaza, and the Lego Store! We also had easy access to the B/D subway to head up to Columbus Circle and visit Central Park. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and dinner and breakfast at Serafina was wonderful as well. Highly recommended by father AND son!"

"Good value for lower west side area of NYC. Walking distance to Flatiron and Chelsea Market. Subway was only a block and half away. Staff was courteous and responsive. Stay was pleasant even while some remodeling was being done. Luckily our room was completed already with new matresses and wall art. Room sizes and hallways a little small typical for NYC though. Overall stay was pleasant we would stay there again if presented with an opportunity."
