Incredible staff and fairly well done room (nothing fancy but efficient, clean, and well organized). The gym was a 5/10 for cleanliness and functionality, and the rooftop looked nothing like the images online. Don’t think I’d be back but it was the cheapest option and again, the staff was just great.

The hotel and room were well maintained. The desk clerk at check-in was friendly and welcoming. The location worked for me because I arrived at Grand Central and met a friend at the Empire State Building. The neighborhood was fine. A small nit is that there was no (at least, I couldn't find) a usb outlet. I packed a cable but not a plug-in assuming there would be an power outlet or lamp with be a usb outlet built in.

Good location but not worth $800 a night. Website is misleading on parking. The closest parking is next door but a separate business. Hotel states that parking is $45 a night. How about $84, including an oversize fee for a Hyundai Santa Fe? It’s midtown Manhattan so I guess they feel justified for the exorbitant rate.
